Because our products are made to order, we do not accept general returns or exchanges. Each item is produced specifically for your order.

However, we want you to have a great experience with our brand and will always work to make things right if there is an issue with your order.


Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • A photo of the item showing the problem

If the issue is confirmed, we will either:

  • Send a replacement item at no cost, or

  • Issue a refund, depending on the situation.


Order Changes or Cancellations

Because items are made to order, we can only modify or cancel orders within 12 hours of purchase.

Incorrect Size or Buyer’s Remorse

Please review product descriptions and size guides carefully before placing your order.

At this time, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for incorrect sizing or buyer’s remorse, as all items are produced specifically for each order.


Shipping Issues

Family Drivn is not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier.

If your order appears to be lost in transit, please contact us and we will assist you in resolving the issue.
